CONDUCTIVE BIG BAG TYPE C

The accumulation of the electrostatic charge on the walls of the big bags, reaches the maximum in the filling and emptying phases. This accumulation can cause sparks that may have sufficient energy to trigger explosions and/or flames, staff problems and alterations to electronics not sufficiently shielded. The amount of electrostatic charge in the product can also vary during transport and it may transfer to the walls of the big bag. It is therefore the bulk bag itself and the surrounding atmosphere that creates problems. On the need to make safe the use of the packaging and specifically, of big bags, we studied materials (fabrics, belts, yarns, ribbons), with high conductive powers that once assembled, had the ability to convey to a predetermined point (earthing point) any electrostatic charges. The "earthing" becomes therefore an absolute necessity in order to guarantee the working in total safety.
