OUR RETURN POLICY
Thanks to the return policy of Saccheria F.lli Franceschetti you can change your mind about the purchase and return the item, without explain the reason, until the end of 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of delivery, unless the right of withdrawal is excluded from the applicable legislation.
If you return the item, you will be entitled to the refund of the price paid for the purchase of the product that is returned (shipping costs incurred are excluded). However, if you purchase as a "consumer" and decide to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the products, you will be refunded for the price paid for the purchase of the product and also for shipping costs related to the most economical shipping method offered by Saccheria F.lli franceschetti, incurred to receive the product. We remind you that the refund fees may vary depending on the quantity, size and weight of the items. Saccheria F.lli franceschetti offers different methods of return depending on the product you wish to return.
Customised items which are not damaged or incorrect cant't be returned.
To make the return in compliance with the policy of Saccheria F.lli franceschetti, you must inform us within the terms indicated above and follow the instructions that you will find on the page Return an article.
You are invited to return us the products following the instructions available in the Return Centre online without delay and however within 30 days from the date of creation of the return label. The shipping cost for send us the articles to Saccheria F.lli franceschetti are at your expense.
Note: Please note that you must return each item in the same condition in which you received it. This means that new items must be returned new, unused and complete.
Customised items are excluded from the right of withdrawal, in compliance with our returns policy.

Refunds for returned items that are not received in this condition, may be reduced.
CUSTOMISED PRODUCTS
We remind you that on customised items or on the ones created from the seller on your request, we apply the following policy:
- If you have changed your mind and you and you wish to return an item exercising the right of withdrawal, Saccheria F.lli franceschetti is generally not obliged to accept the return or to offer you a change.
- However, if the item received is damaged, defective or it is not in compliance with the description, you can take advantage of the legal guarantee of conformity by contacting Saccheria F.lli franceschetti to report the problems you have found.
REMOVAL OF PERSONAL DATA
When returning a product for any reason, you must do so in the exact conditions you received it from Saccheria Franceschetti. In this respect you must entirely delete, remove and eliminate all personal data pertaining to you and/or any third party which may be possibly present in same item. You will be fully responsible for any data breach that may occur if you fail to do so. You must remove from the returned product and from the box containing the returned product any item not pertaining to the returned product as originally received from Saccheria Franceschetti. Saccheria Franceschetti will not be responsible for any such items erroneously left by you within the returned product or within the box containing the returned product. You agree and accept that the returned product will become Saccheria Franceschetti’s property, and that Saccheria Franceschetti is therefore entitled to sell it to third parties at Saccheria Franceschetti’s full discretion.
