Right of Withdrawal

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are a consumer, you can exercise the rightof withdrawal, it means that you can return an article to the seller, without explain the reason, within 14 calendar days from the delivery date.

REFUND IN CASE OF WITHDRAWAL
If you withdraw within 14 days from the delivery, we will refund you the price paid for the item and also the shipping costs related to the most affordable shipping method offered by Saccheria F.lli Franceschetti.
If you withdraw later than 14 calendar days, in compliance with the return policy of Saccheria F.lli Francescehtti, you will be refunded the price of the item, but not the shipping costs.
If the returned items show damage or signs of wear resulting from handling not necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and operation, Saccheria F.lli franceschetti may withhold from repayment an amount corresponding to their decrease in value.
We remind you that in case of withdrawal, the costs for return the items (ex. shipping and packaging costs) are on your expense.
TIMING OF REFUND
